Most items are in stock and/or available for shipping immediately. Unless otherwise noted, most items are shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon order shipment. We reserve the right to limit quantities of specially priced items or of items with limited availability due to market forces beyond our control.

We are sorry; we do not ship to international addresses.

A single price is used on all orders, regardless of how many items you buy, how much everything weighs, etc.

Per Item
A single price is set in the configuration settings, which is then multiplied by the number of items in the customer’s basket.
Price: $9.99 / item

There is a $3 order cancellation fee, and a $10 refusal fee for any refused packages.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

RETURN POLICY

There is a 15-day return policy on all items purchased. All returned items will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. All items to be returned should be sent complete with all accessories, manuals, etc. Returned items will be forwarded to our Testing Department for testing and quality control. Our Testing Department will check for physical damage, mechanical defects, completeness, etc. ONLY when the Testing Department gives the item a "PASSED" rating will we then proceed to charge the restocking fee and credit the balance to the buyer's account. If the returned item is incomplete, defective or is damaged, etc. then an appropriate amount will be charged to the customer (e.g. repair charges, depreciation, missing parts, mechanical damage, etc.). Neptun Mobile does not cover shipping and handling costs.

You can only use your manufactures warranty, if one is included for that particular product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, damage caused by misapplication of use, physical damage, fire, flood, lightning or other acts of nature, accident or power surge.
